The Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has issued the Guidelines for Developing Provincial Action Plan on Energy Efficiency for the 2020-25 period.
New decrees are to liberate productive forces, facilitate businesses and
people, and drive development, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said on June 23.
The State Securities Commission (SSC) will soon complete and issue
guidelines for trading covered warrants and the new product will be
available next year, Nguyen Son, director of the SSC''s Market
Development Development Division, said at a meeting on Tuesday.
